Last updated October 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ninja Digital LTD collects and handles personal data when you visit our website, use our products, or get in touch with us.
Who we are
Ninja Digital LTD is a technology company registered in England and Wales. For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, Ninja Digital LTD is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
You can contact us about privacy at hello@ninjadigital.example.
Data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
- Information you give us. Your name, work email address, company, and the content of any message you send when you contact us, request a demo, or subscribe to updates.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps recorded in server logs.
- Information from using our products. Account details, configuration, usage events, and support correspondence associated with a Ninja Cloud or Seecop workspace.
We do not intentionally collect special category data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our website, products, and services.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To secure our systems, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
- To understand how our services are used so we can improve them.
- To send service and security notices that are necessary to operate your account.
- To send marketing communications where we have your consent or another lawful basis, and to honour opt-outs.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and local storage keys. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and remember your theme preference. Analytics cookies, where used, help us understand aggregate usage. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host, secure, and support our services, acting on our instructions under contract.
- Professional advisers such as auditors, insurers, and lawyers, where necessary.
- Authorities where we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights and users.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected parties and regulators of a breach where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@ninjadigital.example. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where needed.
